PLEASE HELP, game crashing, found no fix

So far i have half of my games crashing on my brand new $1700 computer, I recently had: Rome 2, AC Black Flag and now CIV5 stop working on launch. The problem occurs when i play the game for the first time and then the next time I go to play, it crashes on launch. I think it could be directX messing up or my HDD failing, tried a lot of things but still no fixes and a lot of frustration....

Do you have the latest drivers updated and have you tried running the applications as Administrator?

tried both and still crash on launch

GTX 1070, Nvidia Geforce with the latest driver

So you are using driver version: 372.54?

COM Surrogate crashes are often because of display driver problems.

I'm out of ideas but take a look at this, hopefully it'll fix your problem.

Not on about COM surrogate, that was just an example on what my game crash error message looks like,

The problem is: a lot of games crashing after I play them once, i can never play them again with error messages popping up on launch
