Airflow and Stress Testing

Alright, lads. I've done it. I've built my first computer Windows is downloading to be installed on a USB as I type this.

Here's essentially what I want to know. I've got two fans in this case and I have no idea if they'll provide the cooling I actually need. They're both intake one a 120 mm cougar fan that came with the case and the other a Noctua NF-P14 Redux. I want to do some stress testing to make sure my thermals are good and the system won't thermal throttle. What're some good (free) stress testing software packages and some good temperature monitors that I can use?

aida64 trial or prime 95 (just make sure if you overclock to disable adaptive voltage for prime95).

And hwmonitor for monitoring temps.

Assuming you are using an Intel Processor, just use Intel XTU and be done with it. One program to rule them all.
