looking for a 120mm fan that will be used as a intake that is near silent but moves alot of air.

got one! NF-S12A

If you're using it as an intake in front of the hard drive cages/with any form of restriction, you might be better of with the NF-F12

NF-F12 or S12A ULN.

Why do people recommend corsair fans so much? They aren't that good.
