That's weird, maybe you have malware on your computer? I see a lot of people only using windows defender, which only protects against basic malware, and viruses. If you need a good anti malware software, get malwarebytes. The paid version is $30 (U.S) and it lasts forever, no renewals. There is also a free version that only does scans, and doesn't include real time protection.

Right now I got World of Tanks on, one internet window with 31 tabs open.
Trying to see if 2 PSU's on one computer will work for my GTX-650. I am not that great at searching, how to pin point, exclude, include etc.

I made myself a promise I will not look at porn on this new system.

I'm guessing background tasks, that's all I can think of at this point. Maybe an antivirus runs a scan or a different program checks for an update, can you simulate the problem with task manager open to find out exactly what it is causing these issues?

My System for Example use 7.9GB ram in Planetside 2 and 8.2 in Mirror's Edge Catalyst. Havent checked other Games yet with new win10. With open Browser it would go over 10 and more after a while.

Windows will likely put your background tasks into the page file if you're playing a game that wants most of your physical memory. It might make alt-tabbing back to the browser a bit choppier, but it shouldn't affect the game much.

For what it's worth…
