I apparently just fried my motherboard (z97-AR). I know it sucks. 

 

I don't have a very easy way to test if the components work. I know the SSD and the PSU (the fry was not due to the PSU)works, but I am not sure about the HDD, CPU, RAM, GPU or DVD. The components were plugged in when the system died. Did my components survive? Thanks

The only way to find out is to test them one by one on a working PC.

It's near impossible to tell without testing. The components may be fried though. :(

yes killed a 950 and fx6300
