1. Ive heard people talk about textures, what does 2048 textures mean? what games have this and what dont?

3. What is the difference between a blower GPU fan and a impeller GPU fan?

 

4. The image below shows Logan on Tek Syndicate using two plugs to his monitor???? i never seen this before... why and how and what for?

The 2 screen connectors is probably so he can connect 2 pc's at the same time, so he only needs to switch the selected input on the screen.

1. A texture is something that you see in a game, like doors, weapons, walls, NPCs ect. 2048 speaks to the resolution of a texture. To my knowledge all modern games uses texture. Old text based games don't.

The last thing I heard was that it was in planning. It hasn't been made or released yet, and might never be

A "blower GPU fan" and a "impaller fan" is the speaking of the same thing. Blower usually speaks to the design of the cooler and an impaller fan is just a centrifugal fan that you usually find on blower style coolers. They looks like this
