what to do with a computer?

I have a pc with i3 540 (oced to 4ghz), 8gb of ram and a 120gb ssd, what should I do with it?

 

It is gonna be sold In a couple months, I already fold on my main PC, I dont need a NAS and here is a ruff Idea of my internet speed.

I was thinking game server but my internet is way to crap for that

I vote for ESXI too as it is something I'm interested in learning.  But if you are interested in databases, why not download free Oracle Enterprise Linux (is basically RHEL), download free Oracle database, install, learn, etc.  Or do similar with SQL Server (but is not free as far as I know).

 

Only you know what you are interested in.  We could go back and forth all day and receive "meh..." from you in return.

I ended up just using a drive cage, Kinda scratched me up but its all over now, the insides of the pc are somehwat messy now but I doubt the buyer will open the pc up and if he does I only offer a 24h warranty so too bad. The pc still works though, kinda

You could host them just to test, but with your internet you really can't host a real one with players. your upload bandwidth is a massive bottleneck.

If you don't really need it, just put it away until it's sold, there's no reason to just use something pointlessly, you'd just end up wasting energy.
