Purpose: Maxed out 1080p gaming at 40-60+ fps where possible(new titles, most demanding games). This build is also meant as a platform for future graphics card upgrades and maybe possibly a CPU upgrade as well at some point, so I am hoping all of the parts other than the CPU and GPU are solid enough to last me for a good while provided no unexpected damage happens. The build is also meant to follow a black and red color pattern.

Budget: 900 euros limit. I live in Latvia. Best place to check prices https://www.salidzini.lv/ No english option, just use the search and the cheapest options from all the computer shops will show up.

GPU: MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X

CPU: Intel i5-6600K

CPU cooler:  be quiet! Pure Rock BK009

Motherboard:  MSI Z170A Gaming M3

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 1x16gb Ram (I intend to add three more of the same stick to meet the memory limit for the motherboard over time, if I for whatever reason need the extra RAM. Plus the single 16gb was cheaper than the 2x8 kit..)

Case:  Corsair Spec-03 RED(Spec-01 and Spec-02 seem to cost virtually the same, so I saw no reason not to take the third)

PSU: Corsair CXM550 Power Supply (The newer grey unit model)

I'm pretty happy with this list, but if there is some big flaw or possible performance increase I'd love to hear thoughts on it. Thank you in advance!

do you really intend to have 64 gbs of ram? lmao

Probably not, though if I decide I want to mess around with RAM disks or find some other semi-legitimate reason to have that much RAM, then maybe. Just want to keep my options open.

i would swap the PSU even tho the CX series isnt bad anymore, i am not a fan of cheaping out on PSU for a new build

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler

Yeah I am still considering that, I just don't want to overspend on it either by mistake. Any suggestions for a more solid 450-650 watt range PSU?

How about the Corsair RM550x. It's listed as the best PSU for the 550 watt category over at Tom's Hardware. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-psus,4229.html Seem's like it would be a solid buy. Gonna put me a bit over my spending limit, but as you say, better not to cheap out.
