Does this REALLY have a virus?

I was gonna today download a software that has been updated from 2003 and even has licenses that cost real money (http://www.battoexeconverter.com/). I've used it before with no problem. I tried to download it today but Windows Defender blocks it, as it has the virus "Trojan:Win32/Rundas!plock". I have no idea what this is and before it had no viruses. Can someone verify for malware and tell me if this is a real virus in it or a false positive?

That file is a virus and it looks like whatever your trying to download contains a virus. Whether its the sites fault of a malicious script injected into the site, it IS a virus.
