any recommendation for cpu case less than $100?

I'd stick with the CPU case that the 5820K is stored in out of the box. No need to spend money on one.

Current PC: Origin Millennium- i7 5820K @4.0GHz | GTX 980Ti SLI | X99 Deluxe

CPUs don't have cases, they come inside a cardboard box. Then you take it out of the box to put it in the PC.

That system would use around 350-400W under max overclocked load and for a case the Define S is a very good case for around 70 USD. For you I would recommend an EVGA G2 550W or higher, 750W if you plan to SLI later. The Corsair RMx/RMi, EVGA GS/GQ/B2 550+ options are good, Seasonic G-series, several others. Let me know if none of those satisfy
