Fallout 4 glitches

First off let me say I know Fallout 4 is a very buggy and glitchy game. So when I was playing Fallout 4 there were two big glitches that were bothering me, neither were game breaking but they just annoyed me. The first one was the textures on some objects and people in the game would show up weird, this happens with Piper a lot, the place where it's supposed to be a reflection or some kind of shine effect it shows up with weird colors. The second glitch is very weird, I was resetting my game to get rid of the previous glitch and when I opened the game and looted a container the container title would be in Spanish?! (or some other language but looks like Spanish) Like when I loot a file cabinet it will say it in what looks to be in Spanish.

Par for the course with Bethesda... hence the hardware needed to run a poorly optimized game.
