Getting a galaxy s7 tommorow gonna sell my iphone 4 but my photos are on it and my charging cable is broken How could I get the photos off

Go into your photos and select all the photos you want then email them to yourself and then download them onto your new phone from your email.  Worked for me exactly like that.

Use google photos. They will store all your photos for free and the compression is minimal when redownloaded.
