A++ build, dabbling in the high end I see with that CPU+GPU

overall a great 1440p/4k build

what clocks have you gotten your 1070 to?

and have you overclocked your cpu yet, you should get that thing at about 4.5ghz with that mobo

The PSU isnt really that important for me lol, and I might be upgrading to a custom loop in the future, hence the founder's edition, plus its a little cheaper then the other cards

The PSU NEEDS to be important to you. It's what powers everything, if you cheap out and buy crap then its more likely your system will die.

The PSU is definitely fine BUT with that kind of specs, I would expect no less than Tier 1 or 2 on PSU at least.

In that case I agree with your about GPU. if you can get Founders Edition for same or even lower price, just get that if you plan to use waterblock on it.

But PSU ... you should care about it. Get something like RM650x. It's like 100$ only and it's great quality.

You don't want PSu to fry your components right? CX is bad quality.

This is the CX 550M, the new corsair cx greys, not the older cx greens. Tier 3 in the psu tier list, its fine for his build.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Oh my bad.

Looked it up and I see that this PSU isn't bad at all.

So everything seems fine with that build :)
