Change eithrr CPU or mobo. Its waste of money to have K-chip on chipset which doesn't support OC'ing.

Whats your budget? Unless you aim for higher OC or are going for looks, AIO is waste of money. Dual tower heatsinks will be about same performance with 240mm rads. Bigger single towers will beat 120mm rads easy. While being considerably cheaper.

anything less than 240mm rad basically performs like an air cool but with a higher cost. my 8350 has h100i and with a mild 4.5 GHz oc @ 1.4v it still gets rather warm.

what if i dont want to OC

If you don't want ever, get non-K CPU. Its same thing except multiplier will be locked. You save $50 and get stock cooler with it. With that $50 you can get Pure Rock which is among best cheap air coolers.
