i need help picking a cpu for my gaming, video editing and streaming PC

will an i5 work or will i need to get an i7

The i7 will do better for video editing and the extra threads help for streaming IIRC. You can get a xeon if its cheaper.

Gaming and Streaming, i5 would be fine, but the Hyperthreading of the i7 will be helpful for processing the video

for the whole build, i dont want to spend more than $2000

Same in performance, maybe just with slightly higher/lower clock speeds, but nothing that'll really affect performance much.
