Simple Question... what are the pros and cons of both?

Motherboard- P8Z77V-LK CPU- i5 3570K @4.3 RAM- 8gb of Corsair Vengence GPU- MSI 660ti Power Edition PSU- CX750M SSD- Samsung 840t HDD- 1tb of WD Black Case- Modded Bitfenix Shinobi Cooling- H80i and Bitfenix Spectre fans and Bitfenix LED fans

Vegeance Pro looks better :D (for me)

get the one that looks better. They perform the same, and are pretty much normal enthusiast RAM. Get the one that fits your build better. I never had G-Skill, and used only corsair in my personal builds. For other people I use kingston as it's cheaper. Neither kingston, nor corsair ever failed on me.

Vengeance. I have the Vengeance Pros and they work great. That being said don't go for more expensive RAM just because of their appearance or something. They all perform essentially the same, 1600mhz RAM.

Ram=Ram. if the latency and speed are the same, the only difference is the looks. make sure it has lifetime warranty though

The only real difference between different models of RAM is the heatspreader asthetics, which is completely subjective. Some may like one, others might not. Go with a good kit of 1600Mhz with any capacity to meet your needs and find the one that you personally think looks best. :D

just watch for the 1.6v-1.65v ripjaws but otherwise they would perform the same. Get the cheaper option

get low profile ram, it performs the same and you won't have issues when you want to install a big air cooler
