Don't get founders edition cards. They are actually considerably worse, due to noise and price.

Drop the Samsung SSD, buy an NVMe M.2, Samsung 950Pro or Plextor M8PEG

that being said, 850 watts 80 gold would be a great choice. Seasonic or Corsair.

[FS][US] Corsair H115i 280mm AIO-AMD $60+shipping

System specs:
Asus Prime X370 Pro - Custom EKWB CPU/GPU 2x360 1x240 soft loop - Ryzen 1700X - Corsair Vengeance RGB 2x16GB - Plextor 512 NVMe + 2TB SU800 - EVGA GTX1080ti - LianLi PC11 Dynamic

The power supply others had recommended would be fine, I'd possibly reconsider your RAM choice, using all 4 slots for "just" 16GB limits your expansion down the road.

If you're stuck on wanting only 16GB (I'd do more on a system of that caliber) at least consider a pair of 8GB chips, leaving slots open for the future.

Other than making it look "full" any reason why? and resorting to name calling really?? If you can lay out the cash you plan on doing here, just get 4 16GB and be done with it. a 6700k doesnt have a quad channel memory controller, you don't need 4 chips.

Don't know why i'm bothering, but on pcpartspicker, the 4x16GB kit of that SAME RAM goes for $329..you are prepared to drop $1400 on a pair of video cards. spend $250 more to have maxed out RAM!

MSI 1080s are $700+ right now, go for any aftermarket variant <$650 and save $100 with SLI. The Gigabyte G1 has one of the highest clocks and has black/red colors to it.
