Moar ram.

Why more RAM? 8gb is fine for gaming, he can always add more later? And if you watch Linus' video more RAM doesn't always mean better performance, I had 8gb in my first build and now have 16gb and seen no real performance boost because of RAM

The pc part picker said that the total power use is 280w. Even if this pc in heavy loads, isn't 500w more than enough?

500W is more than enough, but the EVGA B1 is not that great. I am going to bed now, I can help more in about 12 hours time.

So I should get higher watt psu?

No, get a better model, even 430W should be enough. EVGA G2 550W would be perfect, as that would allow for a super high end GPU, and overlocking in the future, as well as being a good PSU. That, or one of the NEW corsair CX units. But only the new ones.

So basically, CX 450M or EVGA 550W G2.

It looks fine to me. Some people on here get all anal about power supplies. That EVGA unit might not be "the best", but it's fine.

You should order a better PSU. The Seasonic S12 isn't much more and is a lot better.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

it is not sketchy. It is just OEM key. In this case you are you own computer manufacturer. You will just not have the windows tech support

It's more about how they obtain them, and other factors. not that it is an OEM key.
