This build is for a friend, he has no monitor. He might have a keyboard and mouse but I'm assuming not. The computer is going to be used for Counter Strike GO (Highest Settings $600 /w Monitor n Keyboard n Mouse will get). He plays Starcraft 2 and he plans on playing AC4. The computer has to be small because he has to lug it around to my house to have a LAN Party (that or I can provide a computer). I've only got one real question How will the Athlon X2 370k run with games? I know it will sure as hell bottleneck the 7850, but can someone find a benchmark of the 370k on passmark or geekbench, please? I know an Athlon X4 750k will bottleneck a GTX760 for sure. Considering there is .60TFlops difference between the 7850 and the 760 and assuming the 370k is half the performance of a 750k hypothetically speaking I should get about 25% less performance as if I was getting the 7850 at max potential. Here's the link to the build.

Well the X2 370K is a A6 apu without the igpu I would look at reviews of the A6 with a dedicated card.

I really hate doing these difficult builds
If you get a second hand monitor, you can probably get a better CPU. Check around on CL and possibly refurb, or try haggling at a pawn shop. That monitor is a pretty big tax on this build.

The 750K would actually only slightly hold the 760 back--it wouldn't bottleneck. Also, you'd want a quad core for future gaming.

My recommendations: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1Nl8D

I would recommend against using an oem psu that comes with a case for a 7950. Have you checked the specs of the unit because I doubt it would work.

7950 would be fine with a good 500W, I wouldn't trust a non 80 plus certified. Also why get such a high end motherboard for that cpu, get an Asus M5A78L _____, you can get them really cheap. With the money you save on the motherboard you can pick up an 80 plus power supply.

A CX430 could possibly be enough for 7950 without overclocking it?

I wouldn't risk a 7950 on a cx430. I have yet to see it stable.
