Get a Z170 Motherboard, like the AsRock Pro4

Get a EVGA GQ or GS/G2 PSU.

Maybe a better/bigger SSD like the Samsung 850 Evo, you also don't need that Thermal Paste.

Look into the BeQuiet! PURE ROCK or any low end Cryorig cooler. If not, just get a 212 Evo.

Also what is this for.

1.The i5 6600k will bottleneck the GTX 1080 (depends on game and resolution)

2.You chose a K series CPU with a H series motherboard + The motherboard is pricey af for just a little more you can get a much better motherboard

3.8gb while it is decent for a build like this 16gb would fit nicely

4.The cooler sucks get a Pure Rock or a Cryorig H7 or if you wanna cheap out a 212 Evo

5.The SSD space may be small so i recommend adding a couple bucks more and getting a 240gb one

6.Are you really good about getting a reference card? for the same price you can get a EVGA FTW which is much better

In the end i would chose a build like this http://pcpartpicker.com/list/9LhZZ8
