my mamba te cuts out every 5 -60 minutes

every 5-60 min my mouse cuts out i have to plug it in again  for it to work i have razer synapse installed

my mouse is the razer mamba te chroma 2015

Hva eyou tried uninstall the synapse software and installed it again? if that dosen`t work then you can try to uninstall the device completely through the controll panel if you haven`t tried it. If that dosen`t work, then try contacting razer support for some support on your product9_9
