Help streaming a dvd from my pc to my Samsung Smart TV

I was wondering if and how I could take a DVD and play it on my pc and at the same time stream it to my Samsung Smart TV. Anyone know if this is possible and what to do if it is?

samsung has a software for that,i think its called link
