Help me reinstalling Windows 7

Hello, i have strange problem.... All my years building ,fixing common pc problems this was easy step for me, but now i cant Reinstall windows 7... sounds funny but i cant.


My motherboard is " Z97 GAMING 3 " 
I have Windows 7 Working Installation disk.

but i dont know what to do next? My old motherboard was like that, i pressed F2 and i entered the black screen where i can choose CD/DVD RW

on Z97 GAMING 3 i have only 

DEL - Bios
F11 - Boot menu which DOEST WORK, i choose CD/DVD pressed enter , and nothing Windows just starts normaly booting up.

enter the bios and se if the cd rom drive is listed. You may have to enable legacy boot.

I have Enabled  (LEGACY+UEFI) 

 

also, i see  CD/DVD drive, but i dont understand how i can  READ from CD/DVD  so i can  Reinstall my pc....

 

Here are example what  BOOT OPTIONS looks like,    I just dont understand howw in the world u can RUN cd/dvd ... everytime i trying to run from  CDROM/DVD  the  Windows just starts normaly... Ignoring the CD...... and using the  HARD DRIVE.

Cuz #1 is hard drive,sure it will boot from it

Alright, but how then, i can reinstall windowss??? Fresh windows??

I cant seem to get that black screen where is  "Loading WIndows Files"

Set you DVD/CD as first option and your HDD as 2nd option and try then.

That has to work. Also in installation, when it restarts first time you should make HDD first boot device back again.

So i tryed   Boot Options 1 :  CD/DVD Drive 

             Boot Options 2:  SATA HardDrive

 

Saved Changes,  Reeboot,     Pressed  F11 ,   (opened Boot Menu)  i selected  CD/DVD  and nothing Windows just  Started normal, like ignoring the CD/DVD

 

I just insert disc and looked in Computer,  there is  DVD RW Drive E: Windows7 and  Windows Disc Logo, when i trying to run  Setup,exe from  Windows right now

i can, but its not allow me to Format my  C: Drive  and D:  Drive,  and its telling me to  restart installation disc or something like that, i guess he wants do it from Start of Boot when my old windows is not running in background. 

 

 I just dont understand this Motherboard  (Z97 GAMING 3) 

i spent 2hours trying installing damn  WIndows 7,   Nothing.

I remember when i writing  Windows 7 in disc, i didnt have option  "Bootable Disc"  i used  DEFAULT Windows programm.

Is that the problem??
