Fallout 4/GTA V Crashes after 15 minutes IGPU

Just looking for some help when iam playing fallout 4 or gta v the driver will crash i have tried reinstalling windows and drivers but nothing seems to help the cpu is I3 6300

The thermals are good 32 degrees when playing

and the fps in these games are also not a problem

i just dont know how this happens i dont know where to find crash logs so if it helps here is a dxdiag

Have you tried reinstalling them? Also sorry for asking but can you tell me your fps in GTA5 and what resolution and settings do you use? I ask because i'm interested in using Skylake GPU so i can know :)

GTA V: 1280x720 lowest settings V-sync lowest setting 60fps in cities or driving fast dips to 45-50

Fallout 4: 1280x720 lowest settings FXAA 30-45FPS

 

and yes i have tried reinstalling

even tried beta drivers

Did you use other Windows before Windows 10? Did you had problems then?

upgraded from windows 7 but i had a gtx 650ti that is broken now

i had some driver issues then to
