HELP!? Shopping for a Gaming/Computer Chair!

Good morrows everyone!

 

So today was a sad day. My beloved chair of 5 years has finally given in to the wear and tear and now the time has come for an upgrade! Ultimately I am here to seek advice from the community to help narrow down my choices. The biggest issue I currently have is finding something decently priced that can support my size and weight (6'3" / 270ish lbs). Budget wise $250-500 CAD just for the sake of having one.

 

Anyone out there have any insight or personal experience with purchasing a gaming/computer chair for larger folk? 

Do some manufactures/retailers support larger body types better then others?

Do box stores (Staples, Walmart, Costco, etc..) offer anything at all worth while or is build quality a factor with those price points?

 

Any suggestion/comments/help is greatly appreciated.

Both of the above will be good. The Torkel is comfortable, but won't last as long as the GT Omega (you're paying more though).

 

My opinion would be get the Torkel and give it a 1070 for better hydraulic overclocking.
