Intel stock cooler or aftermarket

I currently am building in a silverstone rvz01 with a Intel Xeon 1231-v3 this will be used for gaming should I be fine with the stock cooler or should I get a aftermarket?

You should be fine with the stock cooler as you are not using an overclocked cpu, the only potential issue is that the stock cooler is a bit loud

stock cooler is more than enough.

Only reason to get an after market is if youre overclocking or your cpu temps are higher than 80 ° c
