I'm sure it is possible, but you'd be hard-pressed finding a model that has that kind of feature.

You would need to find a keyboard. De-solder the current switches then solder on the ones you want. It can be done but man is it not worth it. Just get brown or red.

Yep. But you're going to spend quite a bit more than you otherwise would buying the switches, or by building your own.

 

You might be able to find a hobbyist to do it for you for the right price though, albeit in the $300 USD range, quite a bit more than $40 boards on amazon.
