Posted August 7, 2016 Hello, Specs: CPU:I5-2500K GPU: Asus R9 390 OC 8gb PSU: Cooler Master 750w Bronze edition HDD: WD 1TB Cavier blue I am unsure of what is the problem here. So I decided to put it with CPU ect. Thread as I do believe this may be the problem. I am going to report what I have done in the past few days in a minute as this may help. I installed another HDD from my old PC the day before this. So today I installed the new Windows 10 Anniversary update and I believe this is where my problems are coming from. Once this was installed I saw that new drivers were out for my GPU, I downloaded and installed these. I left it a while till I restarted as I was in the middle of doing something. A couple hours later I decided that I wanted to play CS (About 30 minutes ago) I tend to get Max fps on the starting screen- 120 FPS Although today I got 30... I tried to unmax it, nothing. Still the same. I jump into a tdm I still have 30fps and 180 ping.. So I restart my pc to install the drivers. Still no luck. I look into my task manager and find a new service, System Interrupt. I check the process and was on about 1.6% at peaked times. I do WIN + R and run perfmon /report These were the errors I got. https://gyazo.com/8edf82dd8cb6572b99ba75d2bccfeb9a I hope someone can help me! Thanks In Advanced. P.S I have noticed that my GPU Clock is limiting alot. It doesnt seem to go past 400mhz
