well i have a 

 

mobo: gigabyte ultra durable z97 

 

ram:patriot viper ddr3 8gb

 

cpu:intel core i5 4690k

cpu cooler:cooler master hyper 212 evo

 

gpu: evga geforce gt 720

 

psu:antec 450 watt

 

case:ennermax ostrog

 

hdd: Toshiba 2tb

 

ssd: patriot 60 gb ssd

Ditch the SSD and cpu cooler. Get a i5 6400 with msi b150m bazooka and dual channel 8gb sticks of ddr4 2133. Get the fractal design core 1100.use the saved cash to get a gtx 1060

GPU and power supply are what I'd upgrade since you may need a beefy PSU for a new GPU especially if you buy a last gen for cheap, if you buy a 1060 you should be fine power wise if your PSU is any good (you didn't put the model)
