500W is enough for almost any single GPU setup.

I was just about to edit my post but usually modular designs are higher quality than non-modular ones.

No, the EVGA W1s are rubbish. For a i7 6700K + GTX 1070 build, you ought to spend more on a power supply such as the EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G2 or the Corsair RM550x.
