reduce voltage ?

ok i changed TIM of my gpu but it is still hitting 85 / 90 C 

 

so how can i reduce  its voltage?  

 

msi afterburner won't let me do it ....

use Afterburner 3.0 beta for voltage control but undervolting might not work, you shouldnt hit 90c on that card with that values its most likely not a good thermal paste apply

Provide more fresh air see if that helps , also is it a blower fan ?

If that dosent work is it iverclockked ? If so put it on default

i did TIM two days ago  also i cleaned all the dust with air blower and brush 

 

the max with aida 64 stress test was 75C  in most of the games too

 

after two days it has started reaching  85 / 95 C in the stress test and in some games in some other games it stays till 70 /75 C in some like sleeping dogs it goes to 95 C

did you use toothpaste as your Tim or something?

Your temps should lower as the paste cures if anything not go up...

i used the thermal paste which came with cm 212 evo

also two days ago in some  games like splinter cell blacklist  the max was 65 C now its 75 c

 

its like TIM got bad just in 2 days

get this (i use arctic silver 5 but its not ideal to use it since it might cause short circuits when it bleeds)
