PC won't turn on

So the power light in the s340 case lights up.  But the PC won't turn on

 

I just built it.

 

All over plugs are in right and good.

check your 24 pin and 4 pin power plugs

check the power button cable that connects to the motherboard

Not all computers beep.

The ram works it's from an old build that is getting upgraded. It worked last night. I did one at a time but only in slot 2 and 4.

Yeah I know I didn't connect that didn't come with one .  And if the mobo has it per installed then no it didn't beep

Could you tell me the exact name of the mobo so i can seach if it has the speakers? speakers are a GREAT way to tell if something is wrong

But I guess that tells you the pcie slot could be dead if it works with integrated.
