i7 5820K vs i7 6800K performance difference

I do not care about power consumption or heat output, is it worth paying $400 instead of $320 to get a 6800K for performance? Which:

1. OCs better

2. Is more stable

3. Runs cooler

 

How big is the actual performance difference?

The performance difference appears to be no more than 5% by base, 1 the 5820k currently has been overclocked higher (though it's been out longer so that could be the reason) but I don't know the average clock achieved, 2 stability ??? that is board dependent not just the chip, 3 the TDPs are the same so thermals should be similar
