So eh apparently I can't remote desktop on windows 10 home? Whats with that? - Anyway around this?

Not using Windows Remote Desktop, no.

 

You can use something like TightVNC or TeamViewer though.

Well I feel cheated haha I guess thats what I get for just buying the cheapest windows right?
