You will be fine with a single AMD card in that motherboard.

yes, they will all work together. its more about whether the slot is pci-e(all modern GPUs are) or not than which brand the gpu is(otherwise nvidia GPUs also won't work).

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Doesn't matter if its an Intel or AMD CPU, both AMD and NVIDIA GPUs will work. There isn't any "this brand cant work with this brand" thing.

I'd recommend getting an RX 480 since it's the successor to the 380. It has a lot better performance and better efficiency.

Of course most GPUs will work with your motherboard since it has a PCI-E x16 slot.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

Oneplus 6 (Early 2023 to present) | HP Envy 15" x360 R7 5700U (Mid 2021 to present) | Steam Deck (Late 2022 to present)

Mid 2023 AlTech Desktop Refresh - AMD R7 5800X (Mid 2023), XFX Radeon RX 6700XT MBA (Mid 2021), MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon (Early 2018), 32GB DDR4-3200 (16GB x2) (Mid 2022

Noctua NH-D15 (Early 2021), Corsair MP510 1.92TB NVMe SSD (Mid 2020), beQuiet Pure Wings 2 140mm x2 & 120mm x1 (Mid 2023),

I would suggest OP learn how PC work first, with a question like this it's obvious he has no clue.
