planing for new build on tight budget , with gtx1060 , now can anyone recommend a cheapest cpu that will not bottleneck gtx 1060 ,plz help

it'll seriously depend on the specific game, i do not recommend an i3 for gaming anymore, i'd rather suggest trying to squeeze in an i5 and and an RX480 (RX480 should be "cheaper enough" to be able to fit in that i5)

You are actually much better on the budget than we thought... get something like this and wait for custom RX 480 / Gtx 1060 cards to hit the shelves.

I'd get a better PSU. The one you selected will be sufficient but is very low end. If you spend about 15-20$ more you could get a much better PSU.

Agreed. I just had a feeling that OP would say "oh, but I actually can only spend 500$" and troll us all, that's why I went with as cheap of an option as possible. Same goes for the mobo (and RAM, I suppose).

Yes intel i3-6100 CPU definitely will bottleneck GTX 1060 GPU. You need a i5-6500 CPU.

okay , i play only gpu intensive games , i don't play cpu intensive i really don't like fifa  ,
