The Panasonic ones have capacity between 3000 and 3400 mAh depending on how much constant power is pulled from there, see this test / review : http://lygte-info.dk/review/batteries2012/Panasonic NCR18650B 3400mAh (Green) UK.html

The Samsung ones have capacity between 2400 and 2500 mAh and they're also good. see test/review here: http://lygte-info.dk/review/batteries2012/Samsung INR18650-25R 2500mAh (Green) UK.html

Apparently both are good. The Panasonic ones would give you more bang for the buck.

I,m  a huge battery nerd and build ridiculous custom flashlights.  Both those batteries are very good but have different purposes.  The panny ncr is a high capacity battery (its dsigned to power something for a long time) the inr trades storage capacity for being able to provide higher current amounts.  The panny version of inrs are pd series.  So really which is the best battery really depends what you want to use it for

Not really familiar with that exact product but a quick google search shows me its either a 50w or 75w vaporizer.  You definatly will want to go with INR type 18650s.  The NCR are going to limit you to about 25-30W.  The samsungs should allow you to pull ~80W although wont last as long.

Thank god i went with the samsungs in the end, almost chose the other ones but then decided against it. not going to use 75w/50w constantly
