Reccomend a laptop wireless card?

Half size mini PCIe. That is what my motherboard takes. I have plenty of antennas I can add if it uses more than two (this is for my desktop laptop)

I am not looking to spend much, used is fine. I want something that can give me good fast speeds. Current one manages only 20mbit/s on 2.4ghz and doesnt have 5ghz.

Any ideas?

You may want to look at the Intel Dual-Band Wireless AC-7260 Network Card. It has bluetooth and Wi-Fi 2.4gh and 5gh capability (correct me if i'm wrong). It's not much as well costing around $26 US Dollars.

I can vouch for the Intel 7260. I have it in two of my laptops and it's been a rock solid NIC.
