QUICK, where do i learn microsoft office suite?

They aren't things you can learn in 2 1/2 days.

 

Youtube them. Quickbooks you have to be using the program to understand it.

Excel takes a long time to fully understand

wow, you'd better start reading some guids man, thats what i'd suggest, excel is hard, never used the other two.

This isn't stuff you can really learn from a book or a video.  You can really only learn it from real experience, but for your interview understand the basic UI and how to navigate them.

If you know what each program does and do the very basic you can do the job as as an Admin assistant.

 

I worked in offices where people do not know to use a spreadsheet and they where working out the total's and percentages on a calculator, if you can do the basic's now you can learn on the job like most of us has.

 

If you can sometime down the line, get in to a government run training program for modern office.

Well it could require to know the basics of the programs, or it could be an entry level position(most jobs don't require to master things, especially entry level).

I don't know the specifics of his job description, but I bet he just needs to know the basics, which is pretty easy to get accustomed to.
