Don't know how you can differentiate compressed air products other than by packaging... so I'm just going to go with packaging.

Instead of buying a new can of air all the time why don't you buy a mini air compressor for cheap at the DIY store? In the long run it will save a ton of money and works just the same

I use a rainbow vacuum cleaner set to blow with the thin nossel on it

Don't waste money on canned air. If you have access to one, use an air compressor.

In my experience, there is a difference from brand to brand.  Some have more pressure, which can help clean better the hard to reach spaces. 

 

But the big difference I found is that some of these cans have seals that fail when they get too cold, so if you have to use quite a few blasts to clean anything, the seals do not contain the pressure anymore and the can slowly empties by itself, you can tell the air is leaking because it makes a soft boiling noise inside the can.

They are the same thing since they are the same price and are selling the same thing. But I have personally use memorex air dusters and they were great.

Well anand did a thorough review of these 2 products. The magic duster had the faster response times and removed dust at about 213 particles per second witch is impressive. Now basics does keep their handle drivers up to date better than magic duster and still keeps up with a nice even 200 PPS But you got to remember Basics did just release their new dust Physx software. But that is only being supported by dust bunnies right now and not dust mites. So it's really a toss up.
