Looks good though you might want to wait a couple of days for the custom rx480's to come out. Also you can get windows for cheap at kinguin.net

No need for an aftermarket cooler on a locked CPU. Stock will do you fine. Definitely invest in a better PSU. Otherwise, I don't really see any huge issues.

nothing is wrong, but the gtx 1060 is cheaper than the rx 480 you chose and performs better if you would like to go for that

Looks good, though like aisle9 said, you don't need an aftermarket cooler for a locked CPU.  If you are going to pay $36 for the PSU, might as well pay $4 more and get the EVGA 600B.  It's 600w instead of 450.

Perfect.  Now all you need is storage and an OS.  I did just buy a copy of Windows from Kinguin last week for my uncle for like $30.  It was legit also if that helps.

I might try Kinguin out, and I still don't know what type of drive to use.

No SSD needed though.

save the 2nd slot for later and get 1x8gb of ddr4 instead. spend more on the psu if you can, the 600b isn't that good. otherwise its good.

1. Keep stock cooler on that CPU.

2. Sapphire RX 480 Nitro+!!!

3. A SSHD is a cheap and decent solution!
