True but having 60fps is pretty important.

Look for laptops with dedicated GPU. At 1366x768 u should be fine with any GPU other than integraded. Buy intel laptop as AMD cpus suck.

it has a dedicated gpu but it seems nobody knows exactly the  performance.

you cant really find good intel systems at this price man

Honestly - I got 80 on my Intel HD 4600 but it still felt choppy - CS:GO NEEDS 120fps to feel good.

I guess, but he will just have to live with low fps while he saves up some money

actually no. Laptop i5s (ULV in 99% of the cases) are shit and perform worse than laptop A10 APUs. The iGPUs also perform like shit due to a locked TDP limit it shares with the CPU - 15W. Basically - ULV CPUs + iGPU = 5fps. A10 = 30fps - that's how laptops work.

The a10 is a bit faster, but not a huge difference(less than 20% most of the time)

IF - the CPU is configured for 20W or more. IF it's locked at 15W then the clockspeed of the iGPU drops from 1100MHz to 600MHz and performance goes to shit

That's due to DDR4 in this case. Broadwell and earlier get creamed.
