You don't understand - laptops in that price range are not meant to be used for gaming. ULV CPUs TDP throttle, unlocked CPUs overheat, iGPUs are shit and the fan noise/heat is through the roof. Usually the laptop ends up dying due to misuse within a year or so.

Are u saying there is no i5-5200U/6200U that can keep its performance for the whole gaming session ?

At most you can get 30 minutes before the thing gets throttled. The reason you see those higher benches is because there ARE laptops (like the T460S) where hte 15W ULV is set to 25W and can maintain high clockspeeds for prolonged periods. Of course, that laptop has 2 heatpipes and a medium-size heatsinks JUST for the CPU and iGPU.
