$22 overbudget but pleeeeaaaaase.

PSU would need to be the first upgrade btw. It's under the good enough category but I wouldn't recommend running a 1070 or whatever on it.

Dug through a few pages and couldnt find a "500 dollar"  build. Location is US, under 500. Gaming focus. Friend needs a build and I don't have time to shop. Bonus points if you can fit an older i5 and ssd for "Dat fps boost"  over a newer pentium. Thanks :)
