Active DP 2 Dvi not working

I have 3 monitors hooked up to my amd 280x (HDMI, DVI, and active display to DVI) . They WERE all working before I moved my PC,  but now I only get the hdmi and DVI working. NOT the active display. I remember last time I had this issue I just had to rearrange the dvi cables as one of them didn't like the active DP adapter. However, this time that does not seem to be working.

 

Unfortunately, I am in a new home without internet. So all I have is my phone. 

 

Help me praise GabeN. I need all 3 working....

Well, maybe smth is wrong with the adapter

I believe it is working because when I go to the display settings in win 10 it shows my 2 working monitors as well as a third "monitor" that has an unchangeable resolution of 640x480 (the actual monitor is 1080). No picture comes up on the third monitor, but when I disconnect the active DP adapter this mysterious monitor goes away.

OK, Try using that DP without the adapter on that single monitor alone

I only have Dvi and hdmi cables. Do you want me to plug the ADP adapter into a Dvi and that into the blank monitor?

I want u to test that monitor alone, a single monitor setup

Than smth is wrong with it
