Memory Compatability Help!

Hi I am trying to find a single 8 gb stick of ram for my motherboard that will work. Because it only has 2 dim slots so I would like to get a single 8 gig stick then upgrade to 16 gigs later. But im having a hard time. any suggestions? Just get any 8gb DDR4 stick. Then when you want to upgrade to 16, get the same stick.
