What is this fan hub port thingy on the back inside of my case?

Hi there I don't really know what category I can specifically stick this under so sorry if I should know better!!! This is that case im purchasing but I only have 1 cpu fan header and that's it! but this case has this  cpu 4 pin port thingy on the inside of the back part of it. (sorry for the bad description!) but here's a picture of it. and can I hook this port thingy up to my 1 pin fan cpu port that is on my motherboard?

What case and motherboard are they? Easier to work out how to connect it from knowing that.

Fan hub... like said in title. You connect it to PSU and connect fans to it. I can't see from pic it could use mobo header or not. And case manual doesn't say anything about it.
