PSU up or down?

If you're on tile or a desk: Face down.

So I got a Fractal Define R4. The legs on the bottom are not very tall and my PSU is very loud. I got a open-style air GPU and a Cooler master 212 evo.  I got 2 140mm fans on the front taking in air, and a 140 rear. So should I put my PSUs fan taking air from the case or from the outside?

Generally doesn't matter but if the bottom intake for the PSU fan is filtered I like to have it drawing from the outside.

PSU in that config is isolated. Having said that, filtered intake is always better than exhaust. Keeps the dust out.
