I have been using it since day 1 of the beta as my primary OS. I get the occasional hiccup here and there, but no more than any other version of windows I have run. No games cause BSOD's for me unless its something I did (messed with game files or push my OC too far.) I really like the OS as a whole from a functional standpoint. The privacy concerns are a bit scary (ie. it defaults to sharing your wifi passwords with contacts, automatically connecting to open hotspots, basically being a keylogger, etc.) but most of these can be disabled for the most part. Some people really care about the privacy issues, but the way I see it is that google already knows everything I do online, and truthfully I have more faith with my personal info in Microsoft's hands than googles. (just my personal opinion though)

When in doubt, re-format.

First experience with Windows X was some in-class demos. At the time I was running Windows 8.1 and thought Windows 10 was pretty cool/interesting, other than the tracking that I had heard about and etc.

When I finally installed it at home, I had no issues, and it's done good for me. My Thinkpad x220 did end up borking itself due to the Windows 10 automatic upgrade, but a clean install fixed it.

As you'll hear a lot of people say. Upgrading alone isn't the best solution if that's what you did. It keeps plenty of garbage. You need at least a Reset, or at best a clean install using a W10 image off Microsoft.

I installed an evaluation version on this computer.  It's a shame all that spyware comes with it.  The makers of spybot make a program to disable all that crap.  It's pretty bad when a spyware removing company has to make a program to remove it from the base operating system.
Also - I hope they get sued for not having a complete uninstall option for cortana.  I want it all gone.

It's really a shame they put so much crap in it.  It's a pretty nice OS.

There's something cool here - you just can't see it.
