Help with Rx480

Hey so I have a RX480 on a Windows 10 x 64. Apparently when I try to open up Radeon settings, It will say that I don't have a graphics card connected. Also on display, it identifies it as a Microsoft basic display driver. However, on device manager it clearly recognize my RX480.

 

Even tried doing a DDU and reinstalling the recent crimson driver.

 

Please help! :-(

Unplug the card and plug it back in? Maybe its not getting enough power, check the cables inside the system.

I tried unplugging and plugging it in both slots. Also it says my chip type is unavailable? Does this mean something?

Have you connected the power cables to the card?

Is your monitor connected to the GPU?

Drivers? did you install them?

you dont have a graphics card driver installed
